Sunset Supper Club at Watergate Bay
Head to WAX at Watergate Bay on 20 September for an early evening of food and wine shaped by the Cornish coast. Executive Head Chef Chris Eden has put together a menu that leans into the season, running from Cornish Yarg cheese twists and grilled half shell scallops through to sirloin of beef and a burnt Basque cheesecake to finish. A vegetarian menu runs alongside throughout. The evening opens with a glass of Nyetimber and live music, with the whole thing wrapping up by 6pm — a relaxed, unhurried pace that suits the setting. Tickets are £65 per person.
