Coastal Walk from Tregantle to Cawsand

This free guided walk covers 4.5 miles of open coast path between Tregantle and Cawsand, passing Rame Head along the way. Starting from Tregantle Long Stay Car Park near Antony, the route follows one of the more dramatic stretches of the south-east Cornish coastline. The walk ends at Cawsand, a quiet fishing village tucked into the bay — a rewarding finish for anyone who hasn't visited before. Suitable for reasonably fit walkers comfortable with coastal terrain. Meeting point is Tregantle Long Stay Car Park, with the walk setting off at 10:15 am on Friday 18 September.
