Teabag Art Workshop at Devonport Guildhall

Teabag Art Workshop at Devonport Guildhall

🗓Sat 12 Sep 2026 · 10:00 AM

Led by arts facilitator Rosie Allen-Perdikeas, this one-day workshop explores creative ways to repurpose everyday materials, with tea bags at the centre of the process. You'll make handmade journals, layered bowls and vessels, and tea bag printing experiments — all using recycled and reused materials. The session runs from 10am to 1pm and is designed for all abilities, so no prior experience is needed. Whether you're an artist, a crafter or just curious about sustainable making, you'll be guided through each technique at your own pace. If you can, save up some used tea bags before the day to bring along and use in your work. The workshop is held at Devonport Guildhall — formerly Ocean Studios — in Plymouth.
