The #TAL19 run in Bude
The #TAL19 is run by Talan's Trust to remember Talan and raise money for research into Rhabdomyosarcoma at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. The tenth run takes place on Sunday 15 November 2026, starting at 11:30am at Bude Surf Life Saving Club. The route is a multi-terrain 19km in and around Bude, taking in some of Talan's favourite places. Each kilometre marks a year of Talan's life. There are three ways to take part: the full 19km on the day; a shorter 10km on the day; or the Anyhow, Anywhere 19km, where you complete the distance in any way you like — running, walking, or otherwise — either in one go or split over the week of Saturday 7 to Saturday 14 November. Runners must be 17 or over; there will be a junior race for under-17s. Entry fees are £28 for the 19km, £12 for the 10km, and £19 for the Anyhow, Anywhere 19km, all plus Eventbrite booking fee. No refunds or deferrals are offered.
