The Farmyard Market, Truro
The Farmyard Market runs on Saturday 3 October from 9am to 1pm at Tresemple Farm, St Clement, Truro. Two new stallholders join this week: Classically Cornish, a family-run team of artists, authors and artisans selling handcrafted books and ceramic candles, and taste_tribe_uk, a Truro-based sauce maker with a range running from mild to habanero. Returning stalls include da_bara_bakery with Saturday morning sourdough, hanson_cheese with artisan cheeses and deli goods, tregarrianfarm with fresh vegetables grown by a fifth-generation farmer alongside homegrown bouquets, and primroseherd with Cornish pasture-raised pork. Also back: the_naked_sheep_hayle with hand-spun skeins and handmade items, Abi's Veg Jam & Chutneys (every jar sold supports a para-athlete), footespasturedproduce with pasture-raised poultry, tresemple_farm meat, teagans.sweettreats, and Mintaka with colourful finds. Tresemple Farm bacon and egg rolls are available on the morning. Free entry, free parking, disability access, seating, and the animals are there on your way out. Dogs and families welcome.
