The Forager's Almanac at Flushing
The Forager's Almanac brings a day of hands-on foraging and wild food cookery to Scorrier Estate, near Redruth. Timed for late spring, when Cornwall's hedgerows and woodland edges are at their most generous, the day takes participants through the landscape to find and identify seasonal ingredients before bringing them to the fire or the pot. It suits curious beginners as much as seasoned foragers. Scorrier House provides a beautiful backdrop — a working estate with mature grounds that reward a slow, attentive walk.
