Free antenatal group at Barnardo's Family Hub

Togetherness Antenatal is a free five-week group for expectant parents, run at The Barn — Barnardo's Family Hub in Plymouth. Over the course of the programme, you will cover the essentials of pregnancy, preparing for labour, understanding birth, and looking after your new baby. The sessions are designed to be supportive and informative, giving you the chance to ask questions and connect with other parents at the same stage. No prior knowledge is needed — just turn up and take things at your own pace.
