Turning the Page at Lanhydrock
Lanhydrock's collection holds some remarkable volumes, and this guided session offers a closer look at a selection of rare and historic books from the house. Led by the House Team and Head Gardener, the afternoon draws on these texts to tell stories of 17th-century gardening practices and the families who made Lanhydrock their home. The session is part of the house's Year of Reading celebrations, with the meeting point in the Gallery. Normal admission charges for Lanhydrock apply. A gentle, unhurried event suited to anyone curious about local history, garden heritage, or the lives behind a great Cornish house.
