Watercolour classes at Morrab Library, Penzance
Artist Nigel Haward is running a series of afternoon watercolour classes at the Morrab Library in Penzance this autumn, with sessions on four Thursdays across October and November. Each class runs from 1pm to 3.30pm and costs £12, with booking required directly through Nigel. The sessions focus on marine and landscape subjects, broken down step by step so beginners can find their footing while more experienced painters work at their own pace. Nigel, who has lived in West Penwith for 25 years, brings a practical approach to making watercolour accessible across all skill levels. Do bring any watercolour materials you already have — paper (at least 140lb, NOT finish), brushes, paints, palette, and a water pot. Printed reference material will be provided on the day.
